Our certifications include: Mercedes-Benz Elite Certified (the highest tier), Land Rover Authorized Aluminum Repair, Jaguar Authorized Aluminum Repair, Maserati Certified, Subaru Certified, Alfa Romeo Certified, Nissan Certified, Infiniti Certified, KIA Recognized, Hyundai Recognized, GT-R Certified, Ford Certified, FCA Certified, and ASE and I-CAR Gold Class. Each certification requires factory-trained technicians, manufacturer-approved tools, and the exclusive use of OEM parts for covered vehicles.

Yes. City of Stars is the exclusive certified collision repair facility for Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills, Jaguar Land Rover South Bay, Jaguar Land Rover Los Angeles, Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos, and Timmons Subaru. These dealerships refer their customers directly to us when a collision repair is needed.

As part of these relationships, all replacement parts are sourced as genuine OEM parts directly from the dealer, and every vehicle is pre-scanned and post-scanned at the dealership to verify that all sensors are properly calibrated and all fault codes are cleared — not just visually repaired.

Yes — we work with all major insurance carriers and handle the claims process on your behalf. Our team communicates directly with your adjuster, manages all required documentation, and advocates for the correct OEM-approved repair procedures rather than accepting whatever the insurer initially proposes.

It's also worth knowing: under California law, you have the right to choose your own repair facility, regardless of which shop your insurance company recommends. You are never obligated to use an insurer-preferred shop.

Every repair at City of Stars includes the following at no extra charge: free rental car drop-off and pick-up coordination, free vehicle pick-up and delivery, free towing to our facility if needed, insurance claims assistance, and a complimentary full auto detail when your vehicle is returned. All repairs are also backed by our lifetime warranty.

Our process starts with a free estimate — you can upload photos online or bring your vehicle in for an in-person assessment. Once you approve the repair plan, we coordinate pick-up or towing if your vehicle isn't drivable.

Before any work begins, our technicians perform a pre-repair scan to document all existing fault codes and confirm the full scope of damage. Repairs are completed using OEM parts and manufacturer-approved procedures. After repairs, we conduct a post-repair scan to verify all systems are functioning correctly, then fully detail your vehicle before returning it — delivered to your door if preferred — along with a written lifetime warranty.

Yes. City of Stars is a Mercedes-Benz Elite Certified Collision Center — the highest level in the Mercedes-Benz certification program. Elite status requires specialized technician training, dedicated aluminum repair equipment, factory-specified tools, and the exclusive use of genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts on every repair.

Yes. City of Stars holds both Jaguar Authorized Aluminum Repair and Land Rover Authorized Aluminum Repair certifications. Modern Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles use advanced aluminum construction that requires specialized equipment and training — most shops are not certified to handle it correctly.

We are the exclusive certified collision repair facility for Jaguar Land Rover Los Angeles, Jaguar Land Rover South Bay, and Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos. All parts are genuine OEM sourced directly from the dealer, with pre- and post-repair scans to verify all driver-assist and safety systems are properly recalibrated. Yes. Every repair at City of Stars Collision Center is backed by a lifetime warranty covering both workmanship and materials. This warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle. If any issue arises from our repair work, we will correct it at no charge — no expiration date, no fine print.
