WHY LOS ANGELES DRIVERS CHOOSE US

REVIEWS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS

Lilah P. Affordable Auto Repair

They were really affordable, and I'll second the reviews about the service. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and very accommodating, even when I had to switch my appointment time around. I'll certainly be back here.

Haik P. Quality Auto Repair

They do 5 star work with amazing customer service. City of Stars made my experience so easy and smooth. By the time I was done with the paper work they had a rental car waiting for me.I would not take my car anywhere else.

Mike M. Affordable Auto Repair

Great customer service. Was referred by a friend that basically calls them family since they were very professional in handling his car accident. I will go to them from now on if I have any damages on my car. The team there are friendly and listen to everything you ask for. Thank you for the quote, never expected it to be affordable and around my budget.

Marina D. Quality Auto Repair

The best auto repair shop EVER. I've taken my car there to be repaired at least 4 times. The staff is very friendly and professional; and the car is always ready on time, unheard of in this town. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TO ALL!!!

Tom K. Affordable Auto Repair

If there is something they didn't do extremely well, I'm not aware of it. With great appreciation they are the company that my insurance company deals with, and although I was free to go anywhere... I chose them. Not only were they awesome with the minor auto body repair... But they fixed my sunroof for half what the dealer told me it might cost... and other body shops wouldn't touch. Highly communicative, friendly, professional, on time, courteous, flexible... All top notch. Hope to never need body work again, but if I do... Without question I'm back there.

Had a great experience here! They worked with my Mercedes. Very attentive and helpful. Would come back and recommend anytime. Thanks again Paul!!

Howie G. Quality Auto Repair

We had a minor window repair and needed some help on the fly. We called at 4:30pm and they heard our situation and got us onto the schedule last minute. From the phone call to the nice woman at the reception desk to the 2 technicians we met, the customer service and work itself was 5 star all the way. In a city that has every kind of auto repair shop under the sun, City of Stars is a safe bet for good, reliable work. Consider your search over!

Laurie B. Quality Auto Repair

What a fantastic shop. I recently brought my car there for body work after two incidents that required extensive repair and repaint. Andy and team were extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. My 2019 Subaru Crosstrek was returned on time and looking brand new. Right after I received it, a woman stopped me in a Trader Joe's parking lot, to say that she loved my new car! That's a testimonial! I highly recommend City of Stars if you care about your car and how it looks. They do!!

Mark Treston Quality Auto Repair

The team at City of Stars are professional and do quality work. My car looks better than when I first brought it in.

E L Quality Auto Repair

These guys are quick and professional. Paul was on top of it and so was his weekend manager. Extremely courteous and very flexible with options and scheduling. I've never worked with a body shop that was so on top of things. BTW - great work on the repair.

Gita W. Quality Auto Repair

I'm so glad to know that for any future repairs I need, I can rely on City of Stars. I truly felt that my car was safe in their hands. And their staff is super nice. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and answered all of my questions. I'm from the south and I truly miss Southern Hospitality. I definitely got that from City of Stars.

Art Lopez Affordable Auto Repair

The repair work that was done after the car was badly rear ended came out better than new high gloss no visible signs of the work that was done very clean . Got the car back in time. Will be taking my other car back again to get some work done.

James K. Quality Auto Repair

The staff's commitment to service goes above and beyond. I was in an accident the day I was leaving town for a wedding. One of the shop's employees, Jack, drove me to get my dry cleaning and then drove me back to the center so that the owner of the shop could drive me all the way to the Westside and catch my flight. They could not have been more accommodating and attentive. In addition to the customer service, the body work was incredible. The car came back spotless, inside and out. They'd gone through the trouble of wrapping up cables and putting away CD's in the sides of the door. They made it look better than a car wash/detail. You could really sense the pride in their work and their commitment to doing an excellent job. If you need any auto repair, I recommend these guys greatly.

Jorie A. Quality Auto Body Repair

This is a reliable, quality auto body repair shop in the east side. You'll be hard-pressed to find the same level of expertise that City of Stars Collision body specialist provide anywhere else! After a month of owning my first brand-new car, somebody hit and run. I was so devastated that I thought my whole car would have to be scrapped. But that was not the case, Andy prepared my car to a brand-new state. And all the parts he purchased for my Subaru were brand-new! It was so great how effectively and efficiently they worked with my insurance company too. They even had a rental car pulled up and waiting for me when I first dropped off my wrecked car. Andy gave me understandable explanations, he kept me informed, and he kept his word. Truly professional work. They have years of experience working on both domestic and import vehicles of all makes and models and can work with you to find cost-effective repair alternatives. I'm so thankful for the folks at City of Stars Collision Center!

M. E. T. Affordable Auto Repair

I don't normally do this, but I had to write a review about my experience here because this place more than met my expectations, which seems is getting harder to come by these days. I could imagine it's the kind of place that was around in "the good old days" of the 70's, if I were old enough to know what that meant then. The nicest people work here, and they're so helpful and honest. It's clear they're not doing what they're doing just for the money that it provides like many these days. They have character and integrity. So much so, that I hugged them when I left, like I was living in my own version of Happy Days. They fixed a problem for free that someone twenty minutes earlier had told me would cost at least $100.00. I highly recommend them and hope they continue to reap the rewards of having great character and kind hearts. M E. T.

Courtney C. Five Star Collision

There is nothing fun about a body-shop experience, but Paul made it seamless for me. Professional, honest, and efficient service with a smile. The quality of repairs on my vehicle were excellent, and the follow-up was thorough. They helped me navigate my insurance issues, and never let me down from start to finish! 5 star service.

Teegee G. Five Star Collision

I know, it's just another five-star review but it is fully earned by those guys. Their whole approach is super professional, friendly, transparent and reliable. But most importantly: the actual work they performed on my car yielded a fantastic result. I could not be more happier and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

John Henry H. Five Star Collision

I created a Yelp account just to write this review. Simply put, these guys are the best in the business. As the other 5-star reviews reflect, everything that this company does is top-notch. Not only did they fix the damage to my car, they also went the extra mile and buffed out some of the other dents, cleaned the interior, and made the paint sparkle. It went from being a dusty wreck to looking like a brand new car in under a week. Ben is the man and made the entire experience excellent. Could not recommend this place more. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
